Lindsay Lohan was born on July 2nd, 1986 in New York City. Her mother, Dina was already in the show business and wanted a normal lifestyle for her little girl. She was a former Radio City Rockette when she met, Michael Lohan, Lindsay’s father. He was formerly in the pasta business before making the decision to invest his money into the independent film industry.
They became very wealthy and by the time Lindsay was four, she wanted to start taking singing and dancing lessons. When she was three years old, she was modeling for Ford Modeling Agency and knew that she wanted to be a star in Hollywood. She would continue to model and be featured in over sixty commercials while she attended school.
At twelve years old, Lindsay would get her film debut in the Disney remake of The Parent Trap, where she would play the role of both twins. She would win the Young Artist award for Best Leading Young Actress in a Feature Film for her performances in The Parent Trap. The movie became a commercial success and Disney wanted to sign Lindsay to a three movie contract. Her life would change from this point on.
