Kate Moss

Remembered for her transformations on the runway, supermodel Kate Moss is the center of attention in the British media.  She is one of the skinniest models in the industry.  Despite her many faults, she is still loved by many for her natural beauty. 

Moss has always been more of a “tom girl”, she has excelled in sports at her High School and in1993 her weight seemed to be more of an issue to the public.  Tabloids would put out articles about Kate being anorexic, but the articles never fazed the high profile companies. 

Calvin Klein signed Kate Moss up for a perfume campaign, Obsession where the supermodel posed nude for the advertisements.  Kate is quite short for a runway model, but the elite fashion lines do not mind.  They continually work with Moss because she is one of a kind.      

Fashion is her life and she has the awards to prove her fashion success.  She has won several awards over the years such as, the Award of Fashion Influence.  Moss is a fashion icon and her style draws inspiration designers as well as women across the world.  She has set trend after trend in today’s society. 

What was maybe popular back then is now definitely worn by Kate Moss. She was the first to start wearing denim cutoff shorts and skinny jeans all over again.  Now you can find these styles in every store and worn by every girl.    Moss also loves handbags and is always carrying a new style handbag everywhere she goes.  

However, her personal life is nothing but normal.  She loves to party and has been seen using illegal drugs like cocaine.  Pictures of Kate using cocaine have been ongoing in the British tabloids.  She’s currently in the mix of making a comeback in the modeling industry and just signed with eighteen elite companies, such as Dior, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Chanel, Versace and Calvin Klein.  She also rumored to designing her own fashion line collaborated with Katy England.

Currently, Kate Moss is at her prime and making more money than she ever has in her career.  She is the second highest paid supermodel worldwide.  Moss has also appeared in Music videos: I Just Don’t Know What to do with Myself and God’s Gonna Cut You Down.  Along with her decision to appear in music videos, Kate has also provided vocals for songs: Some Velvet Morning and Babyshambles. 

Many people do not know that Moss is a mother.  She has a daughter named Lila Grace, who is four years old.  Lila Grace’s father, Jefferson Hack is editor for the British magazine, Dazed & Confused.  The couple did not stay together for several reasons.  Since then, Moss has been dating Pete Doherty on and off.  Kate’s family and friends believe that Pete is a bad influence and that she should stop seeing him for good or she may go down the wrong path like once before.
