Single beauty, Jennifer Aniston grew up in the great state of New York. She was a very successful television actress for several years and now even more successful actress on the movie screen. Aniston has won an Emmy and a Golden Globe for both television and film actress.
Around the late 1980’s, Aniston started to appear in television shows. Mostly little roles until she got her big break on the hit sitcom Friends. Friends made Aniston famous; everyone loved her character, Rachel Green. Women all over the nation wanted to be her. Through the years on the show, Aniston picked up an Emmy and a Golden Globe for her performance.
After, Friends ended in 2004, Aniston received several calls from producers about movie roles. She really wanted to focus on her career and started filming movies back to back. Jennifer took on the role of Polly Prince in the comedy, Along Came Polly alongside actor, Ben Stiller. About one year after the film released, Jennifer Aniston split from her husband and famous actor, Brad Pitt.
Aniston and Pitt began dating in 1998. In 2000 the couple married in a very lavish ceremony in Malibu, California. They truly had a fairy tale romance and people were studded when the couple announced that they were splitting after four years of marriage. Their lives inspired so many and they were Hollywood’s most perfect couple. The couple grew apart, but at first remained friends.
Not even a month of separation, Pitt was rumored to be with co-star at the time, Angelina Jolie. They were spending a lot of time together on their movie set Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Aniston later filed for divorce and their relationship was over.
Her divorce and break up opened the door to a new opportunity, coincidently the film “Break Up.” At first when she read the script, she thought that the producer and her agent were joking with her. She had just broken up with her husband of four years; it felt like a slap in the face. But then she thought about it more and decided to take the role.
While filming the Break Up, Aniston went through several emotions, but Vince Vaughn her co-star helped her through it and they grew very close. By the end of filming, the two were dating and spending every waking moment with one another. The Break Up helped her get over Brad and she knows she made the right decision.
Since then, her relationship with Vince Vaughn did not last. She has been living life and really finding herself. Aniston has been spending a lot of time with her best friend and former co-star, Courtney Cox. Jennifer has taken some time off, but recently filmed an episode for Courtney Cox’s new television show, Dirt. The episode will air March 13, 2007. It has been announced the Aniston will be in the cast for the films, Wanted and The Senator’s Wife sometime in 2007.
