According to People Magzine, Birkhead said outside the courthouse “I told you so.”  That’s right Birkhead is the father of Dannielynn.  Thank our lucky stars, Howard Stern is not.  There was much speculation who was the father of Anna Nicole’s daughter, but after today’s DNA revealing, DNA doesn’t lie.  Larry is 99% the father of Dannielynn and I am sure he will be awarded custody of her. 

I’m sure there will be more court hearings to come, to see if Dannielynn will inherit the headache battle over the $500 million left to Anna from former oil tycoon.  There was also an announcement made, that Stern would not fight for custody of Dannielynn, I wonder if that will remain true.  There is a custody hearing scheduled for next Friday.  I am assuming that’s when we will know.

Bits and pieces of Anna’s death have been placed all over the web.  After today’s announcement an accidental death is still not the answers millions of people were looking for.  How can it be an accidental overdoes.  She took way too many prescription meds.  It still sounds like a cover up to me!

Dr. Joshua Perper the Broward County medical examiner stated that he reviewed the evidence over and over again before making a final decision.  The police conducted an extremely thorough investigation.  Several videotapes were taken by the hotel’s security camera and any footage that they could get of Anna and her companion, Howard Stern was reviewed. 

What I also found strange was that Stern’s laptop was taken to be examined and nothing was indicated regarding foul play.  What is the definition of foul play in their terminology?  Why didn’t they provide the results weeks ago, no arrests were made.  Everything still sounds fishy. 

Smith had consumed several prescription medications, such as Valium and Methadone for pain, but the two drugs were at therapeutic levels.  She also had anti-anxiety medication and weight-reducing pills.  It was mentioned that the shot she took in the butt along with the flu gave her an infection, which contributed to her death.   

But that was not the only drug found in her system.  Anna also had been on sleeping medication called chloral hydrate, which is a sedative for treating insomnia.  This drug is rarely prescribed and known to be fatal, if combined with certain other drugs including Lorazepam, another sedative found in Smith’s autopsy report. 

I can’t believe that a doctor could actually prescribe all these medications to Anna and no one is liable or accountable.  Or is it and no one is to blame for the death of Anna Nicole Smith.  All can be reported is that the former star’s death was an “accidental overdose.”  Sounds like a load of crock to me.

Even though the cause of death has not been determined yet, Anna Nicole Smith is set to be buried Friday in the Bahamas for a final send off.  Over 300 guests will be at the ceremony including her mother, Virgie and her possible killer, Howard Stern.  The burial is going to be over the top because that is the way she would have wanted it. 

The church is supposedly going to be covered in pink flowers, which was her favorite color and a famous singer is going to perform during the service.  She will be dressed in a custom gown for her casket, but I hope the body is not completely rotted.  There will also be a private ceremony for Anna with about 30 people attending at Lakeview Memorial Gardens & Mausoleums.

Was Anna Nicole Murdered?  Currently, Howard Stern and Anna’s former lover, Larry Birkhead are on trial to find out who is the father of Dannielynn.  The media is covering the case and speculates this court battle maybe turn out to be bigger than the OJ Simpson trial.  Anna’s mother is also on trial and befriended Birkhead, but did not even look Stern’s way. 

Anna Nicole’s mother, Virgie Arthur wants to have the right to take Anna’s body for burial.  She also believes that Stern is not the father of Dannielynn and Larry Birkhead’s attorney on trial yesterday accused Stern of murdering Anna.  Well, if he did murder her, he is a lawyer and would know just how to do it.  We could actually have a double murder on our hands. 

Daniel Smith, Anna Nicole’s son died supposedly from prescription drugs prescribed for Howard Stern and had a history of heart problems.  Anna hired a private pathologist to perform an autopsy on the boy.  That in itself is very suspicious and recently, Anna has had a private nurse with her at all times until the very moment she died. 

Her nurse was Anna’s bodyguard’s wife, who said that the truth will come out about her death in the toxicology tests and mentioned that this will be the “smoking gun.”  Does she believe that Anna and Daniel were murdered?  I wonder how she is feeling.  In her first sit down interview, after Anna’s death, the nurse was very upset and showed much emotion.  I believe this hard for everyone close to Anna and that Stern is trying to cover something up.   

I also wanted to mention that Howard on trial did not look heartfelt and stated “Anna Nicole was my whole world, everything to me. She was my lover.”  But on trial he did not look very concerned and kept swirling around back and forth in his chair.  It looked like he was extremely nervous.  However, when Anna’s mom went on stand she looked very sad and answered all the judge’s questions calmly.
